Workshops at the Winter Fair
Get ready to wow your friends with your creative skills over the festive period. The Winter Fair offers a host of hands-on workshops and activities (additional fees may apply).Â
Wreath Making Workshop
Hosted by My Little Flower Boutique, these workshops offer the chance to create your very own Christmas wreath with evergreen foliage and decorations all included. For adults and children aged 14+ (with parent/adult supervision).
No booking required, just drop in!

Chocolate Workshop
Unleash your inner chocolatier with Chocolate Genie’s festive workshop. Children of all ages can decorate Christmas shapes, while older participants (13+) can create stunning large hearts and Christmas trees. Sessions will be running all day, just drop in.
Cost: Shapes: £7 (£7.50 gift wrapped)

NEW! Elf Workshop
New for 2024, join Mistletoe the Elf for an interactive session filled with Christmas storytelling, singing, crafting, games, and a letter-writing (and posting) session to Santa! Saturday and Sunday at 11.30am, 12.45pm and 2.00pm (2.30pm Sunday) lasting approx. 45 minutes. Ages 3+.
There are a limited number of pre-bookable spaces – please email info@seas.org.uk with your day, time request and number of spaces required. The remaining spaces will be available for those that drop in on the day.

NEW! Winter cheer workshop
Join Slake Spirits and folklore storyteller Dawn Nelson to celebrate the season with stories and song whilst sipping on cups of delicious wassail, a warm spiced punch traditionally served at Christmas to bring in good health and general merriment. Non-alcoholic spiced beverages also available.
Wassail recipes will be shared alongside spices to build your own spice bag to take home.
Sessions will run at 1pm, 2pm and 3pm for approx 30-40 minutes. Pre-booking is advised since spaces are limited. Click here to book the workshop. Please note you will also need to purchase Winter Fair tickets to enter the show.

NEW! Willow Weaving
Have a go at weaving willow to creative festive shapes and wreaths with Willowpool Designs.
Children can make a special wishing wand and adults and children can make a star, fish, or simple willow wreath to decorate at home which can be reused each year. All willows are UK grown and are sustainable and natural.
